TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) is a synthetic version of the naturally occurring 43-amino acid peptide Thymosin Beta-4, one of the most abundant intracellular peptides in mammalian tissue. It binds to G-actin and sequesters monomeric actin, regulating cytoskeletal dynamics, cell migration, and wound healing. TB-500 has anti-inflammatory properties and promotes angiogenesis via upregulation of VEGF. Research focuses on systemic tissue repair, musculoskeletal recovery, cardiac protection, and stem cell migration.
Synthesised and lyophilised in Zürich to >99% HPLC purity. Lot-traceable with full COA available upon request.

Research & Literature
TB-500 has been investigated for its role in tissue repair and regeneration. Key studies include Goldstein et al. identifying Thymosin Beta-4 as the major actin-sequestering peptide in mammalian cells. Research areas include wound healing acceleration, musculoskeletal injury recovery, cardioprotective effects, and neurological recovery models. The peptide demonstrates a unique ability to promote systemic healing while modulating inflammatory pathways.
