Human Menopausal Gonadotropin (hMG) is a gonadotropin complex containing both Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) and Luteinizing Hormone (LH) in a 1:1 ratio, extracted and purified from the urine of postmenopausal women. It is studied in reproductive biology for its role in ovarian follicular development, spermatogenesis modulation, and gonadal axis research. The synergistic FSH/LH combination makes it a key compound in hormonal and reproductive research models.
