Research summary
Studies of GHRH analogues and ghrelin receptor agonists describe synergistic effects on growth hormone release in physiological research settings. Published data on this specific combination are limited. This summary describes what the literature has investigated. It is not a claim about the effects of our product, which is supplied for laboratory research only.
Mechanism of action
This product combines two growth hormone secretagogues. CJC-1295 without DAC (modified GRF 1-29) is a 29-amino-acid analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone that acts on the GHRH receptor in the pituitary. Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide agonist of the ghrelin (growth hormone secretagogue) receptor, GHS-R1a. Published work has examined each receptor pathway separately and in combination.
Chemical properties
Two-component blend. Component 1: CJC-1295 without DAC (modified GRF 1-29), 29 residues. Component 2: Ipamorelin (Aib-His-D-2Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2), 5 residues, molecular weight approx. 712 g/mol. Form: lyophilised powder. Purity, identity and content of each component: see the batch Certificate of Analysis.
Storage and handling
Supplied as a lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder. Store sealed, cold, dry and protected from light, as stated on the Certificate of Analysis and product label. Allow the vial to reach room temperature before opening to limit condensation. Avoid repeated temperature cycling and humidity exposure. For laboratory research use only.
