How it works

  2. We confirm feasibility and send a quote — usually within 24 hours on business days.
  3. You pay via the link in the quote. The order enters production the same day.
  4. Compounding, QC and dispatch — typically 7–12 business days from payment, tracked and temperature-protected.

Good to know

  • Minimum order is one pen. Two-compound blends are available on request.
  • Every pen ships with a batch-specific COA (HPLC + LC-MS) and a handling and storage leaflet.
  • Pens are filled to order, so a custom specification cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.
  • Shipments leave Zürich with insulated, temperature-protected packaging and tracking.
